Pop up restaurants are becoming all the rage, the concept is simple: alert as many people as possible that you are about to open a pop up restaurant, design and create a fabulously tasty dish and sell it at a bargain price because of your low overheads. Excellent! The problem with this concept is that very often the location for the restaurant is a draughty car park or an empty building open to the elements.

Never the less a brilliant concept and one which we would like to adopt for a couple of nights a month. We will still deliver a fabulously tasty dish or two and they will still be at a bargain price but the difference will be that it will be set in the comfortably snug surroundings of The Hutch. Truly the best of both worlds.
